The target of this PhD thesis is to work on a controlled release of oral cancer medicine in order to avoid bad side effects and improve therapeutic effects. It will be conducted in the field of solid form screening and particle engineering, which has been identified as a means of improving and tailoring the physicochemical properties of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). The research program comprises: -Bibliography Selections of the therapeutic axis, state-of-art about chemotherapeutic molecules, drug delivery systems and innovative oral solid forms. -Choice of the model chemotherapeutic drug. -Parallel screening of processes dedicated to the generation of crystalline and stabilized amorphous forms.
